Two things can be true…I feel a little sad to see summer go. Anybody else? At the same time, I feel genuinely excited for what’s ahead.

There’s something about fall that I love. The cooler weather, the changing leaves, and the gentle return to routine. I’m looking forward to cozying up under my favorite blanket, sipping on something warm, and settling into the more grounded feeling that this season brings. And honestly, that grounding is something I’m craving right now.

At Root Down, we’re excited to welcome back some classes and offerings you may have missed over the summer.
There’s lots to look forward to this fall!

The Mindful Triathlon
The event I’m perhaps most excited about this fall is the Root Down Yoga Mindful Triathlon, happening September 20th from 9–11am on Grandad’s Bluff. If you’ve never joined us for the Mindful Triathlon, I hope this is the year you come. And don’t let the word triathlon fool you — this isn’t about competition or pushing yourself to the limit. It’s an opportunity to slow down, connect a little more deeply within, and connect with the people and the beautiful nature around us. We put a lot of time, thought, and heart into creating this experience for our community, and I truly hope you’ll join us this year. 💚 Register here.

As we move into a new season, I hope you’ll make some time for yourself — to move, breathe, connect, and find a little more grounding. We have lots waiting for you at Root Down this fall, and I can’t wait to see you on your mat.

With love, Jennifer
