What We Are Doing To Keep You Safe
- All staff will be screened prior to entering the studio.
- Our HVAC systems employ high efficiency antimicrobial filtration, constant exhaust and fresh air with high air change rates. Most importantly, because the studio is a hot and humid environment, it is very inhospitable to viruses and aerosol droplets.
- We use antimicrobial cleaning products on our studio floor and for high touch areas.
- Class size will be limited to allow a 6-foot radius for each mat space.
- Masks are required at all times before, during and after class. You may remove your mask to drink or if you experience shortness of breath. We recommend trying different styles of masks to find one that works best for hot yoga. Consider bringing a backup in case your gets saturated with sweat during class.
- Shower rooms are temporarily closed.
- No yoga mat or prop rentals. We will have yogitoes and towels to rent if you need them.

New Studio Policies as of March 18th, 2021
- Due to limited class capacity, we ask that you preregister for class whenever possible. You may preregister up to 30 days in advance.
- If the class you wish to attend is full, please add yourself to the waitlist. You will be notified once a space becomes available. If you would like to receive notifications by TEXT you will need to update your notification settings. To update your settings, please login to your Mindbody account and make changes to your profile OR simply text the word START (all caps no quotations) to 608-596-5460. You won’t receive a confirmation text, but your profile will be updated. When you receive a text notification that you have gotten into class from the waitlist, be sure to respond ‘Y’ so we know you are coming.
- Plans change? Be courteous to your fellow yogis and cancel your reservation as soon as possible. Due to our limited capacity, you must cancel your reservation at least 2 hours before class starts to avoid being charged. A class will be deducted from your package for No-Shows and Late Cancellations.
