Root Down Yoga Studio is more than a yoga studio, it’s a community. We invite you to become part of it, regardless of age, ability or experience. Our classes are sweaty, fun, challenging (and guru-less). Our highly trained teachers will give you the tools you need, but ultimately, we want you to find your greatest teacher- the one already inside of you.
