This retreat invites you to pause, breathe, and realign with the rhythms of your body, mind and soak in all the wonders of this incredible landscape.
Enjoy daily yoga and meditation in the private studio or on the outdoor decks. Between practices, indulge in the estate’s spa amenities, including a sauna, steam room, and heated infinity pool, or explore the nearby medieval villages and pristine beaches. Rooms and Investment: There are seven beautifully designed bedrooms, each uniquely crafted for ultimate 5star comfort. With breathtaking panoramic views of the Adriatic coast or the charming Civitanova Alta. Every room exudes elegance and tranquility. Natural light floods in, creating a serene atmosphere, while private balconies or terraces invite you to enjoy morning coffee al-fresco.
Furnished to the highest standards, all beds have been locally handcrafted and can be configured as either king or twin beds, whilst each room features bespoke artisan lighting, Egyptian cotton linens, and luxurious Italian textiles. The contemporary ensuite bathrooms, with natural stone and sleek fittings, provide a spa-like experience.
Traveling solo? No problem! Rooms can be booked as a single, and if you are solo and prefer to share a room, we are happy to coordinate you with other solo travelers.

Payments:
Room selections are assigned based on a first come first serve basis. A $700 non-refundable deposit is required to complete your reservation and secure your space. Deposit payment can be made at www.rootdownyogastudio.com or via email mandy@rootdownyogastudio.com.
50% of your remaining balance is due by May 1st, 2026.
Full payment is due by September 1st, 2026.
Cancellations/Refunds:
More than 180 days notice will be refunded 100% of the total amount 100% (less deposit). More than 90 days notice will be refunded 50% of the total amount (less deposit). Cancellations within 90 days of the retreat are non refundable, no exceptions. We understand that life happens, so we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. No exceptions can be made for any reason including weather, injury, illness or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits will be given for failure to attend, complete, arriving late or early.

Mandy Roush is a yoga teacher and retreat leader at Root Down Yoga Studio. She is an avid equestrian and Equine Facilitated Learning Instructor. She loves creating comfortable spaces for others to gather, rest, connect and feel nourished.
